Huanxun, a real estate expert with over a decade of deep involvement in China's property industry, has faced a time of dramatic changes both domestically and internationally. With a forward-looking perspective, it has discovered opportunities and sought out trends amid the chaos of transformation.

Since 2015, Huanxun has been following policy trends to expand into overseas markets, experimenting with real estate investments in Southeast Asia, including Manila in the Philippines and Bangkok in Thailand. Along with urban development, we have shared in the dividends of city growth through property ownership. As the policy winds were just beginning and the domestic market remained hot, we made limited attempts and did not focus our main efforts overseas.

2018 was a pivotal year because our long-term keen sense of overseas markets gave us a significant signal: perhaps those of us who did not experience China's reform and opening-up would have the opportunity to participate in a magnificent overseas version of "reform and opening-up" in a rising country!

So in 2018, Huanxun sounded the clarion call to officially enter overseas markets, and we will lead our investment team to set sail!

Huanxun's team members are all outstanding figures in the field of real estate investment. After more than a decade of hard work, they have grown into practical experts in their respective areas.

Qimu: With 12 years of deep experience in China's real estate investment market, he has fully experienced the volatile property market from 2006 to 2019, growing from a novice to an investment expert. He has viewed over 10,000 properties, completed over 2,000 new home transactions, and over 300 second-hand home transactions. He has handled over a thousand loan cases, is a negotiation expert in property transactions, has 4 years of overseas asset allocation experience, 2 years of overseas land transaction experience, and rich experience in handling non-performing assets. He is familiar with the entire process of property investment, loans, transactions, and disposal.

Lei Chan: A senior real estate expert deeply rooted in the Fujian market, with 10 years of property investment experience.

Specializing in second-hand home transactions, he handles over 100 second-hand investment cases annually, has helped over 1,000 first-time buyers and investors achieve low down payment home purchases, and has completed loan cases for over 2,000 clients. He has extensive negotiation experience in property transactions and is a master bargain hunter.

Lao Bai: A senior land expert and overseas land transaction master with over 1,000 hectares of overseas land transactions. With over a decade of experience in intermediary agencies, he has rich overseas connections and has experienced complete cycles of overseas land market fluctuations. He specializes in land investment, value assessment, and land planning.

Bingo: A senior project manager with over a decade of project management experience, an expert in overseas asset allocation planning, and with rich experience in overseas real estate development. He is familiar with legal risks in overseas investment and excels at managing short-term, fast-cash-flow projects.
